Blackout Friday!

March 6, 2015

Today is officially Blackout Day, a social media event where black people all around post selfies, videos, etc to celebrate the greatness and beauty of us as a form of unity. It's pretty awesome if you ask us (despite there being the unfortunate racist internet trolling and sabotaging).

So of course 'Bas would take this opportunity for a chance to blow up on the 'Gram. So much for our "social media ban."

PODCAST: Comics & Conversation

February 5, 2015

We got a chance to chop it up with Jordan Calhoun of Black Nerd Problems for his Comics & Conversation podcast where we talked about the beginnings and future of the comic, our love for Ronin Warriors, The Wire and Lisa Bonet, and other things. If more than anything this was a chance for us to really let our voices shine for first time in a long time so we definitely appreciate Jordan was having us on his show. You can check it out now over on BNP!

Black Nerd Problems x Rise Of Webcomics

December 9, 2014

Well, we woke up to a surprise today. Apparently Black Nerd Problems decided to us include us in their article about the rise of independent black webcomics! We're honored to be included with the dopeness of As The Crow Flies, Falling Sky, and Ava's Demon. Here's what's they had to say regarding us:

"If you enjoy the story, it’s an easy and relatively inexpensive way to keep it going. Take the $15 you would have spent on the new un-inclusive Cinderella or questionable casting of Exodus: Gods and Kings and become a patron of a new artist instead. Revolutionary Times creators Brandon Howard and Sean Mack are more likely to need and appreciate your support than Ridley Scott."

efinitely check out the article and our fellow webcomics brethren. And also keep Black Nerd Problems bookmarked because it's an amazing site that's more than needed.

Society6 UPDATED!

November 22, 2014

Afternoon, revolutionaries! The Society6 page has been updated! We finally have a print version of "The Unarmed" strip on sale, along with the print of the first "Hollyweird" poster from yesterday as well. And yes, we can also apparently have our arts on shirts now too (only up to 2X though. Yeah, Sean's not happy with that either). So if you're an art enthusiast, go cop some art for us. We'd appreciate it!
